Terms & Conditions

1. Customer

The owner of the online store Roseance Oy (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is 3399590-5, located at Vantaa, Finland.

The online store's customers can be consumers, companies and communities.

These terms and conditions apply in the business relationship between the online store and its consumer customers (hereinafter " Customer "), to which Finnish and EU legislation regarding consumer trade, marketing and advertising also apply .

Regarding the services and products provided by the online store, the contract conditions defined by the respective service provider also apply. The online store has the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions valid at the time of order, which can be read on The online store's website.

2. Customer service and data protection

The customer is obliged to create a customer account for ordering, where the customer saves complete contact information. Name, address, phone number and email address are required from customers.

The customers' information is stored in the online store's customer register , where the information is used to maintain the customer relationship. In addition, the online store and the companies belonging to the same group as it have the right to process and disclose the information in the register for justified purposes in accordance with the applicable legislation.

The security of the online store's website is monitored technically , for example from hacking companies, automated transactions and inquiries. Activities that violate the terms of the contract are reported to the supervising authority. The online store has the right to cancel the transaction if the customer has not acted in accordance with generally accepted procedures and, for example, uses automatic tools (bots/scripts) as part of the order. In addition, the online store reserves the right not to sell the products for resale or if the online store's requirements require it.

3. Product selection

Availability information is based on delivery times announced by importers and manufacturers. The online store or the suppliers it uses are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes outside their sphere of influence, and the online store does not guarantee the delivery of ordered products that cannot be shipped immediately.

The online store is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure. A force majeure is considered to be an unforeseen circumstance or a change in circumstances that is beyond the online store's influence. The online store informs the customer of a force majeure without delay.

The online store reserves the right to limit the sale of certain products. The age limits of the products are observed in accordance with the law. Ordering K18 products requires the date of birth to be given to the online store.

4. Delivery

The products can be ordered either delivered by a transport service or picked up at the online store offices. Orders ready for pick-up at the branches are reserved for the customer for seven days, unless otherwise announced.

Basically, the products of a single order are delivered at once. If necessary, orders containing several products will be sent in several packages, so it is possible that all products will not arrive at the same time.

​

If not all of the products in the order can be delivered immediately , the customer can ask to split the order, in which case the missing products will be transferred to a new order. The delivery of a new order created as a result of splitting the order is subject to an additional charge. However, the online store reserves the right to distribute orders unilaterally, in which case sending a new order is free of charge.

The online store offers the possibility to order additional services with or in connection with certain products, such as installation services or life cycle services. The customer must check the content and scope of the service in advance and ensure that the necessary preparations and actions have been taken so that the service can be performed.

In installation services, the conditions of the installation site are the customer's responsibility.

​

  • The delivered device must fit in the place designed for it and there must be unobstructed access to the installation site.

  • The customer is responsible for protecting the floor and walls of the apartment as well as other parts of the apartment.

  • A dishwasher or other water-connected device cannot be installed in a dry room without a safety basin.

  • If the installation cannot be performed for reasons beyond the online store's control, the installation price will not be refunded.

In the lifecycle services, please make sure that any devices to be returned have been properly erased and do not contain information or files about you.

5. Pricing and payment methods

Prices include VAT, but not delivery costs, unless otherwise stated. The online store reserves the right to cancel the order if the product has been sold at an incorrect price due to a pricing error, system malfunction or other similar error situation.

Prices are checked at the time of processing. When the price drops, the prices are adjusted to the customer's open order. If the price rises before the order is processed, the product will be sold at the price at the time the order was placed.

Up-to-date information on the available payment methods can be found on the online store's website. Creditable payment methods may also be subject to other contractual terms, for example related to checking creditworthiness. More detailed descriptions of the credit and the credit provider's information are detailed in the shopping cart as required by law.

6. Restitution

The online store offers its customers a 30-day right of return. The customer can return the product by mail with a customer return or directly to the stores' service points. Products to be returned must be packed carefully.

​

If you return a delivered delivery or the shipment cannot be delivered for a reason beyond the online store's control (e.g. wrong phone number or delivery address), we will not refund any delivery, transport or installation costs or the costs of additional services. The customer is also responsible for the return costs for those products that, due to their weight or size, require separate transportation (dimensions over 100 x 60 x 60 cm, weight over 25 kg). Shipping costs for uncollected shipments (office returns) will not be reimbursed.

The customer is obliged to present proof of purchase , a receipt or other proof of the place and time of purchase when returning. In addition, the customer must keep all documents related to the customer's return carefully until they have received information about receiving the return from the online store.

According to the law, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value if the product has been put into use. The customer must take care of the product and the accompanying accessories, instructions and product packaging until he has decided to keep the product.

​

The online store refunds returned products regarding the received services no later than 14 days after the returned products have been received back or until the customer has verifiably sent the products back. The refund is made using the payment method the customer used to pay for the order, unless something else has been expressly agreed to during the refund.

​

The limitations of the right of return are determined in accordance with the applicable legislation. Pursuant to Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act, for example, the following products do not have the right of return:

  • Games, movies, software or other sealed products do not have the right of return once the product packaging has been opened.

  • Hygiene and intimate products do not have the right of return after opening the package, because the product cannot be returned for sale due to its nature. Hygiene and intimate products include, for example, epilators, shavers, skin hair trimmers and nose/ear hair trimmers, hair care equipment and home barber equipment, electric toothbrushes and oral hygiene equipment, fever, blood pressure and blood sugar meters as well as breathalyzers, earphones and hands-free devices as well as diapers and other similar children's and pet care products.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, registered vehicles, service products or digital content do not have the right of cancellation if the service has been completely completed, or the electronic delivery of the digital content has started after you have given your consent to start delivery and if the absence of the right of cancellation has been communicated in advance.

7. Warranty

The warranty is determined in accordance with the warranty conditions defined by the manufacturer. The warranty does not limit the seller's fault liability as referred to in the Consumer Protection Act. The customer must familiarize himself with the warranty conditions supplied with the product before using the product. The warranty period is indicated on the purchase receipt. The warranty conditions can be found in the user manual, a separate warranty form or at the web address provided by the manufacturer. The warranty only covers manufacturing and material defects in the product. Warranty repair is always carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's or importer's warranty conditions. Faulty outlet products will not be exchanged for a corresponding new product at a normal price.

The service time estimate is approximately 10–20 business days. Products delivered for maintenance will be stored for three months after the notification delivered to the customer about the completion of the maintenance/work. The product is then recycled.

​

The online store is not responsible for damages caused by the buyer. The costs outside the warranty and the costs of a clearly unwarranted service visit can be charged in full from the customer.

​

The online store does not guarantee that third-party software or digital elements will be available throughout the product's lifetime. In addition, by purchasing the product, the customer expressly accepts that the online store will not inform about possible software or other content or service updates, nor will they be delivered to consumers as required by the Consumer Protection Act.

​

The online store is not responsible for data or software stored on digital media, as the customer bears the risk. The backup copy is the buyer's responsibility and should always be performed before the maintenance process.

8. Dispute Resolution

The parties strive to negotiate disagreements, but if no agreement is reached between the parties, the consumer-customer has the right to bring the disagreements arising from this agreement to the attention of consumer counseling or the dispute to be resolved by the consumer dispute board . The consumer also has the option of using the online dispute resolution forum maintained by the European Commission. These procedures are in writing

Attorney fees will not be reimbursed , because the consumer advice and consumer dispute board offers free help in resolving disputes.

The customer can file a lawsuit against the online store regarding disputes arising from the debt relationship of the contract either in the district court of Helsinki or in the district court of his permanent residence.
