  • Is OmaTek an entirely Finnish-owned company?
    OmaTek is a Finnish tech accessories store, and it's owned by a Finnish company called Roseance Oy. They're all about bringing reliable and cool tech stuff to Finland.
  • Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
    Yes, you can return the product you do not like within 30 days. It would be useful to contact customer services before sending the product back.
  • Does OmaTek ship products outside of Finland?
    Unfortunately, we cannot ship products outside Finland.
  • What payment methods does OmaTek accept?
    For your purchases on the OmaTek website, you can pay via Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Mobilepay or Online banking system.
  • Is there a warranty on OmaTek products?
    Yes, all products you buy from OmaTek have a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
  • How can I track my order after it's been shipped?
    When the product you purchased is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail. You can track the status of your order with this number.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    Your orders will be shipped on the same day or the next day at the latest. You can track your cargo with the tracking number that will be sent to you after your order is shipped.
  • Where is OmaTek warehouses?
    Our warehouse is located in Finland, so you can order from us without worrying about extra costs, such as value added taxes and customs .
  • Does OmaTek provide free shipping service?
    Yes, shipping is free for your purchases over 50 euros.
